Last week, Houston’s Justin Ledet signed with the UFC, it is now being reported that he will face Titan FC vet Chase Sherman, who will also be making his UFC debut.
According to MMA Junkie, UFC officials have not made an announcement about the matchup, but it was confirmed by other sources. UFC Fight Night 92 takes place August 6 at Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City. The main card and prelims will air on FOX Sports 1 and the early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
Chase Sherman (9-1) is on a four-fight winning streak and has finished all nine of his opponents in the first round, while Ledet (6-0) is undefeated with all wins coming via stoppage as well. This fight will be a heavyweight contest.
