Sarah Kaufman (17-3) has had issues with opponents dropping out, the latest being Germaine de Randamie. Stepping up on short notices, newly signed bantamweight Valentina Shevchenko (12-1). The two will meet at UFC on FOX 17.
Valentina Shevchenko who has been acting in Legacy Fighting Championship, is currently on a 5-fight winning streak, and her only lose as a pro is to former UFC title challenger, Liz Carmouche. Shevchenko has been staying active with muay thai and kickboxing fights, but now in the UFC, that will stop. I’m sure Shevchenko will look to stay active now that she’s in the big show.
