Legacy Fighting Championship is releasing match-ups for the next card to take place in Houston. So far with have the Middleweight Title fight between Bubba Bush and Noel Ligon, as well as other names like Robert Drysdale and Matt Schnell. So far so good. I believe Mick is trying to top one of the best cards Legacy has ever had in Legacy 14.
UPDATED 11-12-12: Rashon Lewis was injured during training. Patrick Hutton will step in to face Charlie Ontiveros. UPDATED 10-31-12:Nick Gonzalez steps in to replace Carlos Diego versus Ray Blodget. UPDATED 10-30-12: Eric Garcia is out of his fight with Mark Garcia and will be replaced by Alex Black. UPDATED 10-22-12: Noel Ligon is injured; Jon Kirk will step in to face Bubba Bush in a non-title fight. UPDATED 10-18-12:Colin Wright will now face Gerzan Chaw who is replacing Carlos Jiminez
Legacy’s first fight card in Houston during the fall of 2012 is looking promising to be action packed!… If it continues the way it’s going. There are 7 confirmed fights with more to come. The main event will be Jorge “Macaco” Patino defending his Welterweight Title against Jeff Rexroad.
UPDATED 9-11-12: Ryan Spann is out of his fight with Charlie Ontiveros do to paper work issues. Anthony Tatum will replace him. UPDATED 9-5-12: Jorge Patino is injured (torn ACL) and will be replaced by his pupil, Lucas Pimenta, in the title fight with Jeff Rexroad. UPDATED 8-30-12: Derrick Krantz steps in to face Brandon Farran UPDATED 8-29-12: Steven Peterson steps in to face Cody Williams at a 140lb catch weight. Also, Yonny Osuna replaces an injured Jermaine Anugwom versus Chris Reed. UPDATED 8-28-12: Rafael De Freitas and Alan Nascimento are both injured an out of their bouts September 14h. Antonio Banuelos has been signed to Legacy and will be facing Josh Sampo. UPDATED 8-24-12: Justin Ledet is off the card due to a staph infection. An opponent for Matt Thompson has not be decided yet. UPDATED 8-9-12: There has been a little movement in the undercard. Most matches are in tact. UPDATED 8-2-12: NCAA Division I national champion wrestler Darrion Caldwell will make his pro debut against eight-fight vet Nate Garza in a featherweight fight.
These cards keep getting better and better. Just when you thought Mick and the guys as Legacy couldn’t top their last card, they do it again.
