I’ve watched a countless number of live fights, but this may be the first time I’ve seen this.
Spanish kickboxer Jose Maria Quevedo was crushed with a right hand in the second round of a bout against Frenchman Hakim Ketaieb. Quevedo laid on the canvas for a moment, then rolled out of the ring and up to his feet, with his arms extended as if he had just picked up a big win. Clearly, in a concussed state, Quevedo is directed back into the ring, where he still believes he has won.
