Legacy Fighting Alliance 40 Features a Featherweight Unification Bout

Legacy Fighting Alliance returns to the Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX on May 25 for LFA 40. The event will be headlined with a featherweight unification bout between current champion, Kevin Aguilar (13-1), and interim champ, Thanh Le (8-1).

Aguilar captured the LFA featherweight title over a year ago at LFA 4, and successfully defended his belt at LFA 18 this past August. An injury sidelined Aguilar, and TUF alum, Thanh Le secured the interim title at LFA 31 earlier this year.

Co-headlining the card will be former LFC champion and UFC vet, Damon Jackson (14-2-1), taking on Jeremy Spoon (21-3). LFA 40 will also feature several returning LFA vets, including Levi Mowles and Miles Johns, and former Baylor All-American athlete Hailey Cowan is set to make her pro debut. On the undercard, the son of PRIDE and UFC vet Chris Brennan, Lucas Brennan, is set to make his LFA debut in his second amateur MMA fight.
