Wait, what?! You’re a trial judge in America and can’t acknowledge that racial bias exist in the justice system?… Oh! He’s one of Trump’s homies, it makes sense now.
Milwaukee lawyer Michael Brennan was selected by the racist-in-chief, Donald Trump, to fill a long-vacant position on the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals based in Chicago. While in the Senate Judiciary hearing, judicial nominee Brennan was asked by Senator Cory Booker if he thought that racial bias exist in the criminal justice system. Looking for a yes or no, Brennan dodged, ducked, dipped, dived, and dodged the questions for several minutes.
Brennan stated, “…if I can take a look at the statistics and studies, I would be in a position to offer…” If your answer isn’t “yes”, you cannot be trusted to fairly decide any cases from the federal bench.
At this morning’s @SenJudiciary hearing, judicial nominee Michael Brennan told @CoryBooker that he can’t say whether implicit racial bias exists in the criminal justice system. This is OUTRAGEOUS and should be disqualifying. pic.twitter.com/mL9AwBXWgA
