6-Year-Old Bitten By Shark At Pirates Beach In Galveston

1) I was unaware of a Pirates Beach in Galveston, 2) I refuse to go back into Galveston water after this one time as a kid, my white underwear turned khaki.

Today, around 5:30pm, a six-year-old girl was bitten by a shark. She suffered significant tissue damage to her leg and was taken to UTMB while in stable condition.

I hope the little girl is able to recover from this and isn’t traumatized for the rest of her life.
