Tyrone Spong, who hasn’t competed in MMA and Kickboxing in several years, has been spending time recently in the boxing ring. The former Glory and World Series of Fighting star had a match this past Friday in Fort Lauderdale, FL. His opponent may or may not have known where he was after catching a counter right from Spong on the chin.

This was Spong’s US boxing debut, and is currently 4-0, with 4 knockouts.
