Video: Naked Man Steals Police Car

I’m not going to go the serious angle here, too much of that going on. But I must admit, I laughed HARD when I watched the video.

“That’s my car, no one’s in there.”

I want to know how he explained this to his commanding officer. And he better be made fun of in morning meetings for at least a week.
