Tonya Evinger Wins Invicta FC Title In One Sided Victory

Houston’s Tonya Evinger went into Las Vegas with one thing on her mind, to capture the Invicta FC Bantamweight title at Invicta FC 13.

From the opening bell, Evinger’s experience showed as she was able to keep Irene Aldana on her back, defending submission, and defending being punched in the face. While on the feet, Aldana was on her heels as Evinger would stalk, looking to get the fight to the ground.

After many strikes, the ref would finally step in during the 4th round, and seem to save Aldana. Evinger captures the Invicta FC title.
