Three weeks in a row we’ve had high-profile boxing matches. The second week in a row where the fight ends in a knockout.
Willie Monroe Jr. stepped into the ring with one of the most feared men in boxing, Gennady Golovkin, and well, didn’t go the way he had hoped. After getting knocked down twice in the second round, Monroe was sent to the canvas for a third time in the 6th. As the ref was counting, Monroe stood up right as the ref hit 10. The ref gave him a chance to continue, but Monroe had enough.
