After UFC Release, Anthony Njokuani Verbally Agrees To Legacy

It was announced yesterday that Anthony Njokuani had been released from the UFC. Today, it was announced that he has verbally committed to a multi-fight deal with Legacy Fighting Championship.

This will be sort of a homecoming for Njokuani. He fought for Lonestar Beatdown back in 2006. Lonestar Beatdown later became Legacy Fighting Championship.

His first fight will be against Thomas Gifford (9-6) on February 13th in Allen, Texas. Thomas is coming off of a KO win over Wade Johnson at Legacy 34 in Tunica, Mississippi.
