Garcia Promotions returns with their Cage Combat amateur series with Cage Combat 31. The event takes place at the Humble Civic Center on April 27, and will feature two title fights. Rusty Turley will face Mikey Patterson for the vacant welterweight title in the main event, and Joseph Aguilar will challenge Alden Coria for his flyweight title.
