Dada 5000 Had To be Resuscitated After His Fight With Kimbo Slice

When a fighter steps into a cage or ring to compete, there’s always a chance that they could get hit with a punch, a kick, something, that could potentially be life threatening.

Last night at Bellator 149, many people are calling Kimbo Slice vs. Dada 5000 the worst fight they have ever seen. Both fighters seemed to have completely gassed themselves out after the first round. Kimbo Slice would go on to win the fight via third round knockout, but it wasn’t the one punch KO that Kimbo is known for. Dada took a few shots, but eventually pulled the Ric Flair walk off face plant.

After laying on the canvas for several minutes, Dada had to be carried out on a stretcher and taken to the hospital. Sources close to the situation informed me that Dada had indeed been in critical condition, and at one point, his heart had stopped. Dada was placed on a ventilator and is now in stable condition.

I am told a statement will be released later today. I hope Dada is able to make a full recovery.
