[UPDATE] Video: Five Dallas Police Officers Killed After Peaceful Protest

This is not what needs to happen right now.

After the tragic deaths of two black men, Alton Sterling and Philandro Castile, at the hands of the police, there have been several protests around the country against police shooting.

In what was supposed to be a peaceful protest in Dallas, TX, toward the end of the rally, gunshots rang out, and two cops were hit. The shots fired were from rifles, and there are no other reports of anyone else being injured. Let’s hope that these officers will survive.

UPDATE: ATF and FBI are now part of the investigation in downtown Dallas. 4 officers dead, 11 shot, including a bystander. 1 suspect is talking to a negotiator, 1 on the loose.
