The 45 freeway, North or South, is one of the most congested freeways in the city of Houston. There are points where there’s literally traffic for no reason.
Earlier this week, a video was recorded of two guys setting up a toy basketball goal in the middle of busy intersection off of the feeder of 45S, and the two played a game of one on one. Just as you would suspect, traffic was backed up in an already busy intersection.
