Luckily for Vyacheslav Oliynyk, he’s not black and lives in America. If so, the headline would read much different.
The former Olympic gold medalist was out celebrating his 50th birthday last week when he was pulled over for suspicion of driving while under the influence. Apparently, Oliynyk wasn’t too pleased with being stopped and decided to attack the police. After getting pepper sprayed, hit with a club, and some tussling, five Ukrainian police officers were finally able to subdue the former Olympian.
