When it rains, it pours, so to speak. Moments after Jose Aldo’s knockout loss to Conor McGregor at UFC 194, the Irish Consulate in San Francisco took to twitter to give helpful words to its Irish citizens who were in Vegas.
The Irish Consulate in San Francisco is charged with promoting Irish interests in the Western United States … and Saturday night those interests were trolling Jose Aldo and preventing hangovers.
In fact, just minutes after Conor McGregor knocked out Aldo at UFC 194 — the I.C. in S.F. went to Twitter with a special message for all of the hard partying Irish fans who made it out for the fight.
Avoid a head as sore as Aldo’s tomorrow. Take care and be safe in Vegas tonight. And hold onto those passports!
