Remember that one time, in Houston, where a fighter lost via VKO (vomit knockout); it was later called #Westing. Well, there seems to have been another incident at OO Fight 32 in Washington D.C.
In the Aug. 23 headliner of the amateur MMA event, rivals Pete Petties and Jeff Melvin fought for the organization’s featherweight title. After a competitive start to the bout, though, Petties landed a solid kick to the ribs. Moments later, at the 8:35 mark of the video, Melvin looked queasy and paused.
