Michelle Nicolini and Tammi Musumeci would face off in the IBJJF Words Finals, which took place in Long Beach, CA.
According to BJJ Easter Europe:
“Tammi was leading on points and got caught by Michelle in a nasty armlock, but she didn’t tap and actually finished the match with a broken arm.
Tammi got a standing ovation from the crowd for her samurai spirit, and Michelle took the gold.”
Michelle Nicolini recently signed with Legacy Fighting Championship. A date for her debut has not been announced yet.
