Sometimes I’m curious to know what goes through people’s minds when they make unwise decisions.
A video crossed my Twitter feed which shows a black man being detained by police, with their tasers drawn, and a crowd of people standing nearby. There is a woman, who turns out to be his girlfriend, in a position pleading with the police. Moments later, the guy pulls out a ring and proposes.
With the tension between the black community and the police, why would anyone in their right mind think this is okay. People are being gunned downed by the police, with no repercussions, and clown decides to make a proposal out of it. This is careless and ignorant.
