Have A Beer With Rasta: Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier

I’m finally back with a beer review.  Sorry it took so long . I’ve been  busy trolling people on social media and “working”. But, mostly trolling people. And, I’m lazy. So I promise not to Ratichek any reviews.

The beer I chose for this review, Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier (Hefeweizen). You may not be able to pronounce it, Wine-Stef-Honor will work, so take a picture or remember it’s the oldest continuously operating brewery in the world. In my opinion, German breweries know what they are doing when it comes to beer.

This golden wheat beer has a nice, white foamy head, big clove aroma, and a lot of banana flavors. Like most wheat beers, it is full-bodied, yet smooth and refreshing. It can be enjoyed anytime, and pairs well with seafood, salads, bratwurst, pork, or spicy cheese.

If you like Shocktop or Blue Moon, try this beer. Other great beers in this style: Buffalo Bayou Great White Buffalo, Karbach Weisse Versa, Saint Arnold Weedwacker, Avery White Rascal, Harpoon UFO White, or Dogfish Head Namaste. Speaking of Namaste, Fritz Fowler where is my yoga shirt?! Sometimes I feel like I’m talking to myself with you sometimes.

If you have a particular beer you want me to review, buying it for me makes it easier. You can also contact Mike, and I’ll see if I can make it happen.
